My two main packages are Full Planning or Coordination.
The Full Planning package manages the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. From building and optimizing your budget, understanding, communicating and executing your design and vision and selecting your dream vendors I will be with you every step of the way. With Full Planning you can expect a truly personal experience in which you'll gain unlimited access to my services!
The Coordination package includes managing plans, timelines and troubleshooting logistics which allows couples to fully enjoy their wedding day. While competitor coordination packages begin as little as weeks before your wedding day I like to start 9-12 months prior with monthly checkins to fully understand your plan and to learn as much as possible about you and your partner.

The experience I have gained throughout my work life in the entertainment, hospitality and customer service industries have positioned me to succeed as a now seasoned Wedding Coordinator.
My first career as a professional Dancer exposed me to the excitement of live performances. I approach all my events the same way -- once the House opens, the show has begun. I also understand the importance of keeping Front of House and Back of House events separate for a seamless guest experience.
As a performer, catering was a great way to make money and learn skills. I have catered large-scale and private events in New York and Houston. I was also a bartender in New York and can help couples with bar knowledge to create a perfect cocktail!
As a hobby I took a cake decorating class at Michaels. I would make cakes for monthly potlucks with my cast-mates. I learned a lot about buttercream frosting and how to stack a tiered cake. It's true, it's not for the faint of heart! These skills have come in handy when dealing with warm temperatures or 'oopsies' during transport.
Before jumping into the wedding industry I wanted to learn more about Floral. After moving to Portland I worked in the Floral department at New Seasons and then later a local prominent flower shop. I learned about varieties -- especially local and import -- color palettes and most importantly, how to put a boutonniere on!
As of the end of 2025, I have Fully Planned 24 and Coordinated 117 weddings.
Great question! I think there are a lot of factors to be included with a Wedding Budget, with your guest list being the most important. And no 2 weddings are alike! Most of my couples have a starting budget of $45,000, some are under this price point while others stay close to this amount and some have much larger budgets.
Yes! Happy to share a copy to a venue or other vendor if they require it.
Having difficulties making a decision what level of support you are looking for? Here are a few questions to help!
If you are looking for help in maximizing your budget, the Full Planning package would be a good fit! During our initial meeting, we will chat through your budget, guest count and overall vision for your wedding, as well as potential vendors and costs. This will help set you up to talk more about budget, financials or guest lists with your Partner and Family.
From there, I will have a detailed spreadsheet that will track vendor costs and payment schedules for all of your vendors.
I think it is important to meet with my couples to helps us create a strong relationship leading up to your wedding day. These meetings are typically phone or video calls.
For Coordination couples, you will receive questionnaires throughout different stages of the planning process. These help me understand how your day is coming together and identify any potential gaps. You will also have the option to schedule a quick, 15-30 minute, monthly meeting to review your progress and answer any questions. My goals is to learn as much as possible about your wedding day so I'm fully prepared for success on your behalf.
For Full Planning couples, we will meet monthly as well. Each month, I will assign goals to focus on. For example, Inspiration photos for hair, set dessert menu, review website, book photographer etc... During these meetings we will use this time to review progress, discuss potential vendors and budget considerations and make sure details are coming together. These meetings typically last 60 minutes of longer per month, depending on availability and the amount of time needed to work through that month's goals.
I understand that all of my couples live busy lives and sometimes meetings are not possible. In those cases, email communication is also a great alternative!
The Coordination package is perfect for you! I will share a planning timeline to keep you on track and focused on which vendors to book or details to work on next. Along the way, I’ll be there to answer questions, review your wedding day plan and remind you what a great job you’re doing!
Coordination couples are responsible for booking their dream vendor team. I am happy to make recommendations of great local vendors, but I will not have a complete idea of your budget or vision during the booking phase. Once your vendors are booked and their initial duties are confirmed, I will want to know all of these details. How long is your photographer onsite? What does your DJ need? About a month before and when all details are confirmed, I will become the main point of contact for your vendors. I will confirm arrival and departure times, answer questions regarding setup locations and confirm their responsibilities for the night.
For Full Planning couples, I provide guidance from start to finish with each vendor. I curate a list of approximately three trust vendors for each category that match your budget, vision and availability, saving you time and guesswork. I am the primary point of contact for all vendors, managing communication, scheduling meetings, reviewing contracts and ensuring everyone stays aligned throughout the planning process.
Also, I attend as many planning meetings as possible and advocate for your vision at every stage. I work closely with you to develop details photo lists, music selections and timelines, rental orders, layouts and floor plans and any additional planning details needed by your vendor team. From design details to logistics, I oversee the moving pieces to ensure your wedding day comes together seamlessly and stress-free.
For Full Planning couples, of course! I provide hands-on guidance when it comes to layouts and flow. I make professional recommendations on what will work best for your venue, vendor needs, and guest count, ensuring the space is both functional and visually cohesive. I also collaborate directly with your vendor team to confirm that all layouts and setups meet their technical requirements and are the best fit for a smooth event day.
For Coordination couples, I review the floor plan you have designed and provide thoughtful feedback and suggestions to improve flow, functionality, and overall guest experience, while ensuring it aligns with your vendor requirements.
For Full Planning couples, of course! I will create a custom Timeline to make sure we have plenty of time for all of the formalities, photos and special moments you don't want to rush. I collaborate with your vendor team to ensure everyone's timelines align, creating a smooth, well-paced flow for the entire day.
For Coordination couples, I will review your Timeline and and all shared details to confirm that adequate time has been allotted for each portion of the day. Think of it as a second set of eyes to catch any timing concern before the wedding day arrives.
Important question, quick answer (for weddings under 200 people):
Full Planning - $4400
Coordination - $2200
Step 1 is to reach out schedule a consultation! I can confirm my availability and determine which package is the best fit for you.
To confirm these services, I have an electronic contract and I require a 50% deposit to book with the balance due 2 weeks before your wedding. I accept Check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
After that, we jump right into the work! I have a few questionnaires to gather important contact details. For Full Planning couples we start talking through Budget, vision, goals, etc.. For Coordination couples I share a planning document and start gathering details.
Yes, I am a one-woman team. You will speak with me during the consultation, for all of our meetings and during your wedding day. There is a possibility that an Assistant could run a ceremony rehearsal, but I will notify you ASAP if this needs to happen. My Assistant will bring your Ceremony details, Timeline and any other important details you have shared in case your friends or family have questions during the ceremony rehearsal.
During a Wedding day, I typically work by myself, but will bring on an Assistant for certain events like 200+ guest lists, 'difficult' venues, setup/tear down needs, or if a couple requests this specifically. There is an additional fee for an Assistant.
Oh another great question! There will be some homework. For Coordination couples, answering questionnaires and sharing as many details as possible will help me understand your plan and also keep you on track. For Full Planning couples, I will need details and specific from you and your partner. For example, guest lists, inspiration photos, feedback on vendors shared.
The more communication we have the easier this process will be!
I have found that email works best! If you prefer another method, we can chat about how to make this work.
Couples are required to sign all contracts and make payments. For Full Planning couples, I create a spreadsheet to keep track of these payments.
There is an additional fee for this support, please reach out for more information. The pricing for both the Full Planning and Coordination packages includes what will happen during the day of your wedding, not the things before/after.
My typical day on site is 10 hours, this aligns nicely with most venues access hours. Sometimes, Rentals will be delivered outside of this time frame and if you do need support with this, I have an hourly rate of $75/hour.
